Relational facilitation animates our potential to co-create, share power, and move with energy and inspiration in the direction of our collective visions. Inspired by nature and designed through the lenses of anti-oppression and whole systems, this virtual introductory workshop will be an exploration of how we shift from traditional facilitation methods towards approaches based in emergence, belonging and interdependence.
Our time together will be a practice ground. We will dig into Loam's living framework of relational facilitation, reflect on our individual gifts and growing edges as relational facilitators, deepen our understanding of what it means to center relationship as a value and a goal in our work and recieve resources and tools for further, self-guided exploration and practice.
Please bring. A journal and writing utensil, snacks for a boost of afternnon energy, and whatever you need to feel present, curious and brave.
Registration is limited to 10. We limit the number of participants to enable intimacy and trust building.
